Jason Reimbold serves as managing director, senior vice president at BOK Financial. He is responsible for leading the energy investment banking group while originating and executing client mandates including acquisitions, divestments, raising capital, facilitating joint ventures and performing asset valuation assessments. He earned a bachelor's in finance from the University of Tulsa. Prior to graduation, he served in the U.S. Army Cavalry from 1999-2003.

Cristina Stellar serves as managing director at BOK Financial and spearheads efforts in Houston. She was previously a vice president at Grizzly Energy, where she led the divestiture of all the company assets. Before that she served for 13 years at Hess Corporation and began her career with PwC. She holds a master's in petroleum engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, a bachelor's in economics and a bachelor's in business administration from Charles III University of Madrid.

Jeff Hawes joined BOK Financial in August 2016. He has 10 years of experience in providing a variety of financial advisory services to clients in the upstream, midstream, and oilfield service sectors. He graduated from The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with master's and bachelor's degrees in accounting. He is a certified public accountant in Texas and a CFA Charterholder.

Nick Wells joined BOK Financial in January 2017 after five years as an engineer for Anderson King Energy Consultants, an independent acquisition advisor and reserve consultant. He began working in oil and gas in 1998 for Netherland, Sewell and Associates, Inc. His experience includes asset evaluation, preparing reserve reports, analyzing engineering data and production files, creating and maintaining extensive databases and GIS mapping. He earned a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of North Texas.

Scott Parnell | Associate, Engineering

Scott Parnell joined BOK Financial in October 2019 after working as a field engineer in the Permian Basin. During his tenure, he provided remote operating services on location for E&P companies by analyzing hydraulic fracturing data and developing production reports. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor of science in petroleum engineering.

Richard Kalteyer joined BOK Financial in September 2021 after beginning his career with Matador Resources, where he assisted the geoscience team with technical analysis, database management, as well as geosteering efforts for both operated and non-operated wells in the Delaware Basin. He earned a bachelor’s degree in geology from TCU, master’s degree in geology from the University of Texas at Arlington and a master’s degree in finance from SMU.
